Therapist Statement
Life comes with continuous, arduous, and often challenging transitions. Despite what they are, I can help. Therapy can be transforming and remarkably improve your quality of life; as I have witnessed it with many of my clients. Nonetheless, making the first appointment can be intimidating for most people. You are not alone. It is my goal to make this process pleasant and gratifying, for you. However, you have to take the first step towards discovering the BEST of YOU!
I am bilingual in Spanish and English and have experience supporting those who are striving to heal from past/present trauma, adjustments, or other alike and overwhelming life-stressors. Regardless of what it is, please know, there is HOPE. I am proud to share that I use an individualized and holistic approach with each of my clients, that includes you!
My clinical focus is the facilitation of psychological and emotional healing from traumatic life events with the help of brainspotting. My goal as a therapist is to build a relationship with you, while making you feel supported and validated. You will also benefit by building a series of resourceful and valuable coping skills.
